Questions, answered

How is a minute counted?

One minute = one minute of video analyzed. A 3-minute workstation video uses 3 minutes. Your balance is shown on the pricing page and in your account.

Do my purchased minutes expire?

No — purchased minutes stay on your account until you use them. Unused minutes are refunded on confirmed defects per our money-back policy.

How does Observed-Only rating work?

Every study is delivered unrated by default — normal time equals observed time. Your qualified IE can apply a performance rating (e.g. Westinghouse factors) in a review pass. We never invent a pace rating from pixels.

What happens to my videos?

Videos are processed to produce your study and stored securely; you can request deletion at any time. Full details in the privacy & data sheet provided with every pilot agreement.

Do I need MTM/MOST certification?

No. MotionLab works with the ASME process chart and standard-time framework any IE already knows — zero certification, zero training required.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes. Cancel anytime; pilot months started or delivered remain payable. Unused purchased minutes are refunded on confirmed defects per our money-back policy (first paid month, 14 days).

Every study is provisional and Observed-Only unless your qualified IE reviews and rates it. White-label volume pricing is available for IE consultants. Prices in USD.
