Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Agile Consulting for use of MotionLab. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

MotionLab helps industrial engineers and improvement teams analyse workstation video to produce time and motion study outputs. Features and availability may change as we improve the product. Demo and free-tier access is provided on an evaluation basis.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information and keeping credentials secure.
• All activity under your account, including uploads and exports.
• Ensuring you have the right to upload and analyse any video content you submit.
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or confidential content you are not authorised to share.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service in ways that harm other users.
• Use MotionLab to process personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or pose a security risk.

Free accounts include 5 analysis minutes unless otherwise stated. Additional usage may require a paid plan. We may modify free-tier limits with reasonable notice where practicable.

You retain ownership of videos and other content you upload. You grant Agile Consulting a limited licence to store, process, and analyse that content solely to provide MotionLaband related support to you.

Study outputs generated from your uploads are provided for your internal improvement work. Methodology, software, and aggregated non-identifiable insights remain our intellectual property.

MotionLab is provided “as is” on demo and free tiers without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of AI-assisted classifications. Standard times and element breakdowns require professional review before use in production, costing, or labour standards.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agile Consulting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising from your use of MotionLab.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you use a free tier.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction to be specified], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction to be specified], unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
